That's it.

I'm going to need some help.

My plan is to get the attention of Derek Landy.

Through sheer force and the willpower of all of you who are a friend to Lenka Sweet, or just want to help someone out.

So, my idea is that we post a comment, over and over again, nonstop, all over Derek's blog. But I need everyone to do it. Not just one person. I mean everyone.

I was just scanning over Derek's blog now, and found a comment that Kallista posted. It is is perfect. Exactly what we need. But I just decided to add in another line.

So, here it is:

"DEREK LANDY, SIR! WE NEED YOUR HELP.
One of your minions, Lenka Sweet has been going through a lot lately. She has writen fanfic in the past and has a real gift for it. Over Christmas break her story was one that you read.
But during that time and after, Lenka has been discouraged by many things, including a thoughtless teacher who made Lenka doubt her abilities and dreams. She has not really been on since then.
Derek Landy. Could you please do a post in where you encourage her writing and encourage her to come back?
I know you are very busy. But she is very important.
Did you have any people who wouldn't believe in your ability when you were younger?

This comment is posted in the hope that you can help our friend Lenka come back to the blogs. Her own blog can be viewed here: http://lenkasweet.blogspot.com/
Sincerely,
Your minions."

Now get out of here. The next post that Derek completes, spam. And I mean, SPAM TO YOUR HEART'S CONTENT. There are a lot of us. There is no doubt in my mind that we can get his attention, and get him to post about this.

If I hear that any of you who are normally on the blogs are not posting this comment, or at least helping in any way, I swear to god that I will kill off your character in my fanfic, or if it is not already there, I will bring them in for a split second, just so they can lose everything and be killed. And not a heroic death, either ;) Lotsa blood, lotsa flailing of limbs, and LOTS OF GIRLISH SCREAMING. (no offence, girls. I'll probably, like, make you scream like guys or something...I dunno...)

Of course, I have full faith that you will all put in some form of effort into getting his attention. This is, however, the easiest thing you could do. Just copy the green writing here, post it dozens of times, and hope for the best.

We need to look out for every blogger. We helped did an amazing job helping Kallista. Now we help Lenka Sweet.

"I am constantly in awe of the fact that there are such talented writers out there as well as right next to me (not like, literally...my brother's more of a drawer...but you get the picture...)"

    Hmm? You see it?

    ReplyDelete
  44. :D Yup, i see the pun.

And i was seconds away from commenting on the epic David Tennant guinea pig last night but i had to go to bed :(

And strangely enough...i DID have weird dreams.

I just can't remember what they were about...

Poor Ann! I send my best wishes & regards. Also, i'll check out those poems soon. Right now, i'm going to play Terraria.

And later on, i'll play Minecraft! (for the first time in AGES!)

  46. I just started watching Death Note last night... yes, just started... with 8 episodes! lol :P I've been meaning to watch that for ages. My brother and I were gonna watch something and he asked me if I'd watched it. I hadn't, of course, so we started it and kept watching more episodes till my parents got home and my mom wanted to use the tv and Netflix :P
Now I want to watch MOooore! LOL :P
I'll have to watch it later, though...

Anyway, change of subject, I've been meaning to work more on my fan-fic [as I've already written, like, two paragraphs, but that's not a whole lot plus they need a whole bunch of editing (particularly the second one...) so...] but haven't gotten around to it yet, although I'll try to get back to it soon. :]

    Is my character safe?

  49. DEREK LANDY THE GOLDEN GOD ! YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE!
    HELP US!
The minions of your blog are crying out to you on behalf of Lenka Sweet a.k.a Jodi Harte. You remember her I’m sure. You’ve read her awesome fan fiction over the Christmas break and if you cast your mind back to June 2010 to “oh dear god more questions!” you commented that you don’t like Lenka’s teacher much. Well that teacher has since made a comeback and has discouraged Lenka from her goals, ambitions, hopes and dreams. Since then Lenka’s life has gone downhill and she has not been on the blog much. Her writing has been criticized by this teacher and we miss our friend greatly. Lenka admires you greatly (she is a minion after all, maybe that goes without saying) and you’d make Lenka and all your minions really happy if you’d mention her in a blog post and encourage her. Hopefully this will improve her life by adding a little more happiness to a bleak and lonely one. Lenka, being so selfless and admirable doesn’t know what we’re doing and it would be a wonderful surprise for her. If you do so then all your adoring minions would praise you with words and shower you with imaginary lollipops. Or at least Skyril would. I’m sure each minion would give you multitudes of their own unique and random virtual items.

*hunts for some large purple pet elephants*

So I beg of you oh Golden God to help out a minion in need and encourage Lenka Sweet who desperately needs comfort and protection from the thoughtless action of that teacher.

    Many many thanks

    Minion Octaboona Ambrosius

  50. We did it, Octa, all though i dont doubt that a lot of the bloggers posted heaps of comments like that earlier.

Sorry i didn't get on chat...and i will definitely go visit that blog.

And Death Note <3 not that i've actually...ever seen it, or anything -__- I know the basic storyline, and i think it's awesome. What is it, 45 seconds after he reads the book and says your name that you mysteriously get a heart attack? (i was told a looooong time ago about Death Note...)

Please...no-one mention how many times that i havent capitalized my 'i's or added an apostrophe to a word, k? Right now, I'm to tired... (insert sleeping emoticon)

  67. Well let's see. A quick summary of the last six months.

Sarthacus has been feeling rather depressed and hasn't been on for a while.

    Kallista and Dragona got MARRIED!

Knight Fantasy/Khalida as you may know her has left Derek's blog.

About 50 new people have joined the blog!

There's Ann Marie and her daughter Leona

Then three friends, Mar Chu, Thalia, and Mir

    Quinn and her friend Bryony

    Everisse Eterna

Did you know Rosella and Nyx? They joined quite a while ago, not sure if it was before you left.

    Jaffa Morbid.

Lily Thornton, Ayesha, Pandora, Rachel and Niall also.

The Eight Great Immortals blog or TEGI as it is known has a lot of the stuff on it.

Sadhbh, NJ, Nicole and Rubescent are some of the latest to join.

Gepard, Lilith, Isabella, the list is truly endless.

A lot of commenting now goes on on the chat box that Aquila has installed on her blog. In March there was a really huge argument that Derek eventually had to step in and solve about our excessive commenting and how people who don't regularly come on have their messages to Derek lost in our giant swamp of conversations. It got pretty nasty.

    Hence the chatbox.

Mary and Leo come on less due to exams and stuff. Florence left and moved to Russia but she's started to come back a bit now.

This really upset Dragona and he's become a wee bit depressed since then. I think he's alright though but he now can't stand name or picture changes. It really upsets him.

I think that be a good enough summary.

    ReplyDelete
  68. @Hellboy
In Death Note, the person dies of a heart attack after 40 seconds if he writes the person's name in the book and thinks of his face. Or, if he wants him to die some other way or want the person to do something first, he can write, ofr instance, "get on a but and ride a block to so--in-so street, get off and get hit by a car at 11:15 AM" if he wanted to do something like that for some odd reason... and he has to write all that in in... 6 minutes and 40 seconds I think. Anyway, the show is pretty awesome :D
    I love L!

    @Lenka
    LENKAAAAAA!!!!!
    ~tackles and sobs~
So good to see you! :D

    @Octa
    Nice summary! :]

  69. LENKA!!! XDDD *Tackles 'n' glomps in the biggest hug yet* :D

To many words to describe the joy, not enough room for them all. So, I'm basically just going to say your name in caps with some exclamation marks. :D

    LEEENNKKAAAAA!!!!! xD

Now that cheered me up. :) I wasn't feeling that good about school today, but now, now things are looking brighter. :D

It's awesome that you got those tickets. Good on you, and good luck :)

Cya all (Damned school) I'll be back on around four o'clock this afternoon (according to this blog and Adelaide time).

    :D

    ReplyDelete
  70. *realizes she probably missed everyone*

    Oh God. But...

    LENKA!

    *hugs*

I have never met you. But I'm so glad to see you back on the blogs! Does that make me weird? Yes, but I already was, so it's cool. I wish I could chat with you, but my idiotic camp causes me to not be on until 9:45 - 10:00 p.m. in Britain's time. So maybe I'll be lucky enough to meet you on a weekend.

...I suck with words. I want to say more, but can't. Words are hard things to use. I need to train them. Obedience school. Yeeesss....

Anyway, I need to go find something to eat for dinner now. And then...well, my camp is dragging us to some place called Fun 'n' Stuff tomorrow. It has never be fun and stuff there, and it never will be.

  79. LOL

I flipped to a random page in the biography I was reading, and I read about a four year old describing John the Baptist as "nice."

    LOL

It's a really interesting story so far. It's about a little boy who had to have emergency surgery, and nearly a year later, his mom and dad (his dad's also a pastor) find out, and they hear this outside a Arby's parking lot, that apparently the little boy Colton went to heaven during his operation. For three minutes. Then he came back.
It's written by Colton's father, but it's a little sad because the dad is recalling what happened the night of Colton's operation...

    ReplyDelete
  80. ...hmm.

When my mom gives me these talks about being considerate, and about how to deal with a problem with like a kid with problems, when we I out-witt her, and she reaches her last option, she asks me "What would Jesus do?"

But, usually when she gives me those talks I'm really crabby and agitated so I respond with-

"He would say something wise and then walk away."

And she would give me this LOOK...

    ReplyDelete
  81. LOL Mar

I was just popping back here to see if I missed anything exploding. Nope. Night!

    ~drumroll~

    Tuesday the 17th! lol :P
    It was CREEPYYYYYYY!!!!!!!
    ~hides behind Hellboy~

    ReplyDelete
  89. Hmm. Nope, i've never heard of Psych before. What's it about?

(I'm on my iPod and I'm really tired btw, writing is slow)

    ReplyDelete
  90. It's a really funny show about this guy who's almost like Sherlock Holmes because he notices all these small details and puts them together. Well, he's called tips into the police a zillion time and one time, they begin to suspect he's in on it since his information is SO good. So he pretends he's a psychic and ends up getting his ow agency with his best friend and the gency is called Psych. He works for the police most of the time, but often he gets random jobs from other people. It's fun :]

    ReplyDelete
  91. Hah, that sounds awesome! I've never seen it tv before, but I'll be sure to look out for it from now on.

*groan* So...tired... I went to a youth thing last night and stayed up till twelve. Which means I can barely stay awake now -__-

Hey! If anyone is into games, has more than ten gig of space on their computer, and wants to play alongside me in one of the coolest things I've ever found, you should get Team Fortress Two from Steam/Valve. They just changed it to 'Free to play', so now you can download it for absolutely free!

"We must unite, so we can fight! Turn the battle around! Voldemort is going down!"

Heheheh...best song out of the whole play, apart from "Gotta get back to Hogwarts".

Also...Hogwarts and Voldemort are accepted on the ipod's dictionary. Good on you, Apple.

Through a small vertical crack in the wall, you will find a hidden street. It was lost, when one day someone found it, and built a small community there. A street, that goes on for miles. A secret community. Well, that's welcoming. But if you do know of it, you aren't allowed to tell anyone outside. This place is called Glitch. Why? That's all that it is. A Glitch. Something that was never supposed to happen.

People who are born there do not exist. The government doesn't know about them, and they hardly ever leave Glitch, save for a few brave souls.

The people of Glitch formed their own small community, with different jobs for everything. People are free to make their living in a business, but they have to be aware of all the other stores, diners, and things that people have already began.

The one caution you must take in Glitch, however, is that lately, people have been disappearing...and something else has been taking their places.

Through a small vertical crack in the wall, you will find a hidden street. It was lost, when one day someone found it, and formed a small community there. A street, that goes on for 13 miles. A secret community. Well, that's welcoming. But if you do know of it, you aren't allowed to tell anyone outside. Leave them to find it on their own. But people rarely have the correct stability to do that and remain sane.

This place, is called Glitch. Why? That's all that it is. A Glitch. Something that was never supposed to have happened. People who are born there do not exist. The government doesn't know about them, and they hardly ever leave Glitch, save for a few brave souls. Anything that goes on there was never have supposed to have happen. Apparently, it's all a lie.

The people of Glitch formed their own small community, and they have a basic layout. Crumbling on the edges, apartments and small houses come next, then shops and stores, to the bigger businesses in the center, much like the way a city is built.

The one caution you must take in Glitch, however, is that there is a caution of traveling alone. People are disappearing. And what's replacing them, isn't what you see that often.

    Or ever, for that matter.

    Well.

But then, we got various comments from family, but we laughed hysterically at my uncles, which was-

"What the heck r u doing there?!"

Mmmmhhhmmm. Yes. And we saw the dog that lives there, and on the way back, we counted how many black squirrels we saw. I saw 13, so therefor I won. Then we saw a lot of cows. Then we saw a guy who was eating a sandwich while getting mail from his mailbox. Yeah. Good times.

We got like three dozen donuts...we plan to freeze them...and save them for Wednesdays. Yup.

I had a dream, which was really a story, about this cursed house, with a cute little house in the back. They had to split up this haunted object into six pieces, three for each house. The little house was okay, until the lady who lived there was killed by the bad luck. Then her daughter or something went to the main house, and asked "what happened to the other three pieces?"
Then the ghosts or something got really angry, and they attacked the house, amd the Egyptian cat goddess Bast was there, and she went to a smaller chamber where the goddess Hecate was, and Bast talked about this weird spiritual thing about jumping to the heavens to warn everyone or something like that, but first Hecate showed Bast another chamber (this one was really old, wotj cobwebs and stuff), and it was a really old worship chamber from some other religion. But apparently, the people had never left, becoming cave people, and they came down in a giant mob, and overcame the two goddesses, and Hecate was dragged away, while Bast was tied to a stake and they prepared to burn her.
So she tried some witty talking to get her out of there, but...no.
Then the dream came, where it was the 21st century, in NewYork, and apparently, Bast survived the burning pain, and was with a new family. They were walking down the sidewalk, when they fell into a giant hole, and the hole led to the ancient worship chamber. They climbed out using a convinient rope, and the dream ended with Bast guiding her family away, because apparently the cave people survived as well, and they were now out to get Bast...

...it was a lot better then how I just described it.
...the dream actually ended with me at church for some reason...with my cousin...and my dad...and this kid from social studies...

Photography I'm not really awake yet, wich is strange being ten in the morning, art I like, I just have to watch out for my friends stupid actions which are all her fault in being childish, lunch I can't fit enough in the lunch box, sewing makes me feel clammy, sleepy, annoyed, and gives me a headache, and for cooking I feel useless because I have no idea what to do and the other children mock my obsession in using a frypan as a weapon.

REALLY?! YOU CAN USE A LOT OF EVERYDAY THINGS AS A WEAPON! I JUST USE A NON-STICK FRYPAN BECAUSE IT HAS A HANDLE, AND BEING NON-STICK, THE BLOOD IS EASY TO WASH OFF!

    ReplyDelete
  135. ...

...kill them all, Mar... No-one will know. And as you said...the blood will wash off easily. Just walk in one lesson and-

ARGH! Bad voice whispering in Mar's ear! Baaaad! No souls for you until tomorrow!

    Good. Now that that's over...

Mar! Seems like your looking to a pretty crappy day. Whenever someone is bothering me at school, or it's looking like a bad kind of day, I just feign tiredness. Most people seem to know if I'm tired as I'll give short answers, I'll be annoyed at things that aren't generally annoying, I'll snore...

And that means that I just get left alone. No-one can bring you down if you haven't gone up in the first place.

As for the lessons, they go by surprisingly fast. Just keep looking up at the clock. Being able to count the minutes gives the illusion of time rushing by. I think.

And now I have to face my own struggles: A double science lesson in the morning for which I must complete and exam, a caregroup lesson with a class full of people I hate and who hate me, a double core lesson where we have to watch 'Les Miserables' (ok, fine, it's an alright movie), a computing lesson where I have to give a presentation, a keyboard lesson where we are sent to endlessly type worksheets that our idiot teacher hands out, even though I know absolutely every trick he tries to teach us, and then FINALLY, I have a German lesson where we've been told we will make Ginger hearts, which I guess would be good if the class I was in happened to be full of the most loudest and most roudiest students in my year level, and the teacher's new so he can't handle it... -__-

Gtg now...hopefully both our days will go better than expected.

    Ummm...that voice was...WEIRD...

Well, they're my friends. Well, most of them. Well, Lydia's one. Well, she's late to cooking most of the time...

And my mom teaches sewing...this is a camp, by the way. Its in a school though. It's like school. With no math. And we get to eat lunch next to a lake. But today we beat those little munchkins and got to eat on the bridge. But apparently there were leeches in the lake.

Um...where was I...oh, yes, my mom teaches the sewing.

Everyone else likes sewing, but I really...don't.

My mom found out today in the car ride to the bookstore (got a maximum ride book and that Divergent book Detek Blogged about. Didn't know what to get, looked up, and saw it on a shelf. This guy gave me a weird look when I slammed a hand over my mouth to not sqeal, and I spun around in a circle), my mom gave me a talk about how I acted in class today, all not doing anything. Then she got out that I didn't like sewing, and then she was quiet...and she didn't talk...and...

....yeah. I think she's a bit upset. Don't know why. She KNOWS I hate shopping.

Well, I'm just an example of what you get when you mix a shopping-nut-who-is-a-bit-ditzy and a lawyer-who-can't-seem-to-show-his-feelings-when-you-wonder.

Humph. That's what I live with. And because of that, I have two different personalities.

    @Skyril Sorta. Kinda. Maybe. Sometimes...

Y'see, I played Halo 1 a lot, and finished the campaign (took me ages -__-) and then, one day, I bought Halo 2.

While Halo 2 was still kinda epic, I hated the submachine gun, the three-burst assault rifle, and the magnums (omg, they nerfed the MAGNUMS!).

So, generally, I sucked at it, and I only got up to the second part of when you play as the Arbiter and he has to go up against all those freaking flood zombies....man, did I HATE that level...

I kept expecting it to end, to have some sort of door so I could just escape back to my ship, but noooooo, it just had to keep spawning zombies and sentinels. *grumble grumble* Why the hell couldn't I have just nuked the place? WHY?

Then, when we had to reformat my laptop, all of my game saves would of been wiped. But at that moment, I couldn't of cared less. Halo 2 had beaten ME.
So, it got wiped, and while I still have the game, there will probably never be a time that I will reinstall it just to start the game all over again and finally finish the campaign. It now remains, forever, in my 'Pile of Shame'.

...i'm going to go and take a hower now, and then lay in my bed and daydream like I always do...

    Quote of the day-

    My cousin says-

"You know, sometimes I try and think if I was you. But then I think about what weird things you say, and write, and draw, and just generally YOU, and I just...can't..."

    ReplyDelete
  148. Hahaha... I think your cousin just generally summed up the entire population of Dereksville with that one.

And the seagulls...they KNOW things...y'know? Twelve hours before I accidentally tipped over my drink of water on to the floor, a seagull landed next to me and stole my chip. I'll never forget that seagull...his name...was Mr. Seagull. He now wears a top hat and a monocle to distinguish himself from the others.

And yep, that's a LAN. Although it doesnt really explain what i'm doing for my birthday, it's kinda code for my friends and I that we're going to set up a bunch of computers and play some games where we try our best to rip each other limb by limb. Or something like that.

    ReplyDelete
  155. LOL Hellboy! Sorry for the slow reply! My computer was acting up for a few days. It's all better now, though.. which is good....
Anyway, on the subject of Halo.
    Ahh, alright then. :P
I've not played much at all, and I think the one I played was the latest one. My brother, though [not the biologist/artist, the OTHER one] loves it and plays all the time. I went over to his apartment a couple times last week and played with him both time. I STILL keep getting the grenade throwing button with the running button... I'll get it right someday and stop accidentally blowing up my own people... I hope :P I like it a lot, though. I reminds me of that other old game I told you about, Tribes Areal Assault.
I won't ever be able to play it myself like regular, though, because
    1) I don't have an X-box
    2) It's an M game and my parents don't allow me to play M games... [Shhhhh]
3)I think you have to pay every so often to play online, and that's mostly what I'd want to do.

So, yeah, unless it's still popular in, say, 6 or so years when I've finished college and probably gotten married and living in my own house, I won't be able to play it because my brother's moving in about a week to... where was it? I think Colorado... so yeah... :P

Skyril, that's epic! And don't worry, i always mix buttons up on xbox and ps3's. I hate it when you're trying to shoot someone in the head, lining up a perfect shot, when suddenly you hit the melee button :(

And i reckon that the franchise's owners are trying to make Halo last as long as it can, so you dont need to worry about it being here in five year's time.

    ReplyDelete
  159. @Hellboy
Agh I hate it when that happens! But I guess it's understandable with so many games and all the games' buttons doing different things, you know....

    @Kallista

ANd I'm trying to get back to my fan-fic, and [most likely] will after I finish this next project I'm working on... :]

Kal, that's great to hear. I still haven't quite worked out the details for my b-day anyway, but i will get a definite time for us all to chat during it soon. Sooooon...

  162. LOL, Hellboy! Hope you slept well and dreamed about incredibly fun fantasies of... perhaps super powers! Or sneaking though a hotel whilst wearing naught but a towel! Or maybe wearing naught but a towel was your super hero costume! That would probably be just a tad more awkward then wearing your underwear outside of your pants.... but ALL heroes are different, right?
